On specific orders that require shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require authorization from the credit card company provided by the cardholder.

LTA International ships to your destination wherever you are in the world.
Shipping with in the UK is free. Shipping costs to other destinations are calculated by the weight and location where the merchandize is to be shipped. Costs are displayed by entering an order, after name & address before payment information. Delivery takes from 1 to 15 days depending on shipping destination.
Return/Refund Policy:
LTA International guarantees that all products shipped to customers are new and unopened. If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy, please contact us at 1-301-270-6020 or via email at ltainternational@bacteriakill.com for a possible replacement (no cash refund). Include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact us.
